Does Primeclass offer free trials?
Yes, Primeclass offers a free setup process that includes adding team members and connecting data sources such as review sites. However, please note that there are certain limitations on the free version for each application. To maximize the benefits of Primeclass, we recommend adding a credit card to your account. Additionally, each plan includes a minimum of $250 in free credit.
How many users can I invite to my account?
There are no limitations on the number of team members you can add to the platform. In fact, most plans offer free credits to incentivize you to add more team members. With Primeclass, you can also set access levels to provide different team members with varying levels of access.
Is it possible to "pick and choose" which applications to use?
Yes, Arrow is a suite of applications designed to address various challenges faced by hotels, lodging, and vacation rental businesses. Signing up is completely free, and users have the flexibility to choose which applications they want to utilize. Primeclass charges are solely based on usage, such as the number of reviews analyzed or employee questions answered.
How does usage based pricing work?
Arrow is always free to sign up. Each application is a bit different so please log in and check the pricing for each one. For example, the AI Review application charges per review analyzed.
